Leadpoint specializes in the waste and recycling industry. Our customers operate large-scale Materials Recycling Facilities or MRFs, landfills and transfer stations in cities across the country.
Waste and recycling companies hire Leadpoint to recruit a full-time team of associates to operate their plants, led by a Leadpoint onsite manager.
These are long-term contract jobs, which means steady work. You’ll typically work with the same team, in the same location, for an extended period.
We also provide opportunities to learn and move up. Today, more than a dozen Leadpoint onsite managers and Workforce Optimization Team members are men and women who started as entry-level sorters.
Training starts during the interview! That’s right – we give every job candidate an opportunity to practice the job as part of the hiring process.
Once you’re on the Leadpoint team, training ramps up.
During the first few weeks, new associates work side-by-side with an experienced team member. Your mentor will help you learn the ropes, work on different tasks at the site or even try different shifts.
We want you to be confident of your abilities and skillful in your work. We want you to grow, learn and look forward to coming to work every day.
When you perform at your best, our customers do, too. That’s our goal.
The Leadpoint team is always available to support every associate.
Your immediate manager will be available to you throughout your shift. They will let you know how to contact them when you need help.
You can contact our recruiters during normal business hours at Recruiting@LeadpointUSA.com or 855.802.1741.
Great full-time jobs. Honest work. Reliable pay. Leadpoint puts hundreds of our full-time associates to work at our customers’ businesses every year. We promise to help you perform at your best, so our customers can do their best.
Join us for a job where you can learn and advance.
