We want you to be confident and skilled in your work. We want you to be safe. We want you to grow, learn and look forward to coming to work every day.
Training starts in the interview! That’s right –every candidate has an opportunity to try out the work as part of the hiring process, so you know what you’re getting into before you start.
During your first few weeks, you’ll work side-by-side with a mentor, an experienced team member who will help you learn the ropes, get comfortable with the team, and be a trusted friend at work. Your onsite manager will also be with you in the plant, every day, for the entire shift.
Daily, ongoing safety training will keep you safe on the job so you can return home to your family at the end of every shift.
