Leadpoint is thrilled to welcome Nancy Bildir as our new Sales Director, East. Nancy has an extensive background in senior sales roles, managing complex national accounts, driving sales, and nurturing client loyalty throughout her career.
Before joining Leadpoint, Nancy spent five years at Republic Services as a Major Account Manager. In this capacity, she demonstrated exceptional skills in territory and national account management, collaborating with company leaders to boost revenue and implementing strategic sales plans for growth.
Nancy‘s diverse career includes ownership of an E-Commerce Sales business (BHS), along with upper management sales roles at Office Depot and ADT. Her recent focus on waste and recycling services, combined with expertise in sales strategy, negotiation, competitor analysis, and team building, makes her a valuable addition to our team.
Nancy is a proud graduate of Central Washington University and will be based in Mount Prospect, IL. She will concentrate on MRFs, PRFs, and polymer and manufacturing operations in the Midwest and East.
