My name is Frank Ramirez, the CEO and President of Leadpoint Business Services. I hope we eventually get a chance to meet.
I started this company in 2000 with the sole purpose of providing the most knowledgeable and productive workforce in the industry. I did so after leaving a perfectly good job as a quality engineer with a large Fortune 500 company.
Since then, I’ve had some success and some very disappointing failures. But now I find myself here with the benefit of this experience and I’d like to share some of it with you.
I’ve learned over the years that success and hard work don’t always come together. There are times when you need a little help to achieve what you set out to do.
There have been plenty of times in my career where others took a little time to help me along the way and without those who did, I wouldn’t be here today.
I can promise you this: if you put in the necessary work and put your best effort toward the problem, I will help you along the way by giving you opportunities to grow, by providing you with proper training, and by giving you support when you need it.
However, my promise doesn’t come without expectations.
I expect above all you uphold the company’s values of honesty, practicing the golden rule of treating others like you like to be treated and always allowing others to keep their dignity.
These values are non-negotiable. In other words, this is the basis of your employment at Leadpoint. Without acceptance and continued diligence of these principles, nothing can be accomplished together.
