PHOENIX (Dec. 10, 2020) – Leadpoint Business Services, the leading provider of high-performance work teams and operations support services to the recycling industry, announces recycling industry veteran Mike Huycke has joined the company as Vice President, Business Development.

Huycke has extensive experience in recycling and waste industry operations, including nearly 25 years with Republic Services. Most recently, he was senior vice president of human resources at Republic, where he oversaw all aspects of the company’s vast talent organization. He previously served as Republic’s Northwest area president with responsibility for operations, market development, compliance and labor relations, safety, and customer experience.

Huycke is a graduate of Willamette University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business economics. He also completed an advanced HR executive program at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business. Huycke is based at Leadpoint’s Phoenix headquarters.
