With over 20 years of experience in the environmental waste and recycling industry, along with a wealth of expertise in safety and operational leadership positions, Lane is a valuable addition to the Leadpoint team.
In his previous role as Director of Safety & Compliance at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, Lane skillfully managed Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability professionals and implemented comprehensive safety protocols resulting in reduced injuries.
Lane also held diverse roles at Republic Services for over a decade. His most recent position as Director of Operations Support involved the development and dissemination of standardized corporate processes and initiatives across the organization, fostering alignment and continuity.
