Leadpoint is pleased to introduce Brian Jackson, our new Director of Human Resources. With extensive experience in HR leadership, Brian most recently served as the Human Resource Director at USLBM, overseeing a team of 25 HR professionals across 10 states and 42 sites. Before this, Brian excelled as Senior HR Manager at HelloFresh, where he launched the company’s largest US facility and led a team of 16 HR professionals, implementing engagement strategies for 2,300 team members. His background also includes a successful nine-year tenure at Amazon, where he supported the launch of 15 fulfillment centers. His expertise lies in process improvement, team development, and strategic planning.
Brian, a veteran of the United States Army, holds an MBA from Colorado Technical University. For the past two years, he has enjoyed coaching football at Millennium High School in Goodyear, Arizona.
As Leadpoint’s HR Director, Brian will optimize HR processes to ensure compliance and support organizational objectives. His data-driven approach promises to enhance our HR programs and practices, delivering sustainable business results.
