Making Decisions That Matter
When asked what he enjoys most about his role as Route Support Supervisor, Zavier replied, “I enjoy making decisions that matter and ensuring the success of my team and our company.”
Every day presents new challenges and is different. The environment requires creative thinking, problem-solving, and quick decision-making. Zavier dedicates much of his time in the field, actively supporting his team by monitoring safety practices, ensuring performance meets customer expectations, and fostering strong collaboration between Leadpoint and the client.
Zavier describes himself as a “people person.” He believes in putting his team first. He has an open-door policy and encourages his team to reach out to him at any time, whether work-related or personal. “Family first,” he says.
At Leadpoint, Zavier manages a large team of over 60 people at Leadpoint’s first on-route support location. He was part of the team that helped launch the program and has shared his experience to help other locations get started. With nearly 10 years of leadership experience, Zavier hopes to continue growing at Leadpoint in an operational role. That’s what drew him to the company—he saw the potential for growth and opportunity that Leadpoint offers its employees.
Outside of work, Zavier is a sports enthusiast who enjoys playing NBA 2K and Madden. He’s also coached youth football as an offensive coordinator since 2011. His favorite team? The Dallas Cowboys.
