Leadpoint has restructured its recycling operations group and announced new roles for four of its leadership team members.
Todd Hubbard has been promoted to Vice President of Recycling. In this role, Hubbard directs the company’s field operations support team and serves as the primary point of contact for recycling industry customers. He also works with customers to build strategies for how to marry workforce teams with the ever-changing technology in recycling equipment and recycling facility operations. Hubbard, a well-known industry expert, has more than 25 years of experience in waste and recycling.
Saul Diaz has been named Director of Operations-West and Chad Bebber has been promoted to Director of Operations-East. These companion roles are responsible for coaching and developing Leadpoint’s onsite managers, ensuring KPIs are achieved at each MRF the company supports and creating productive partnerships among the company’s customers, employees and staff.
Diaz, a 16-year Leadpoint veteran, has been instrumental in growing Leadpoint’s reputation and results within the recycling industry. He is based at the company’s Western region office in Portland, Ore.
Bebber joined Leadpoint in 2018 as a member of the operations support team. His new expanded role puts him in a leadership role with a wider range of customers, sites, and employees and adds program implementations to his scope of work.
Paul Russo has been named Director of Operations Support. He is focused on project management and initiatives that support field operations nationwide and advance the business of Leadpoint’s customers. Previously, Russo served as Director of Operations-East and Director of Human Resources. He is based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Phoenix.
“This new organizational structure recognizes the long-term contributions of our highly-tenured leaders and sets us up to provide better, more responsive service to our customers and employees across the country,” said Frank Ramirez, Leadpoint’s CEO and president.
“Together, this team will work with site owners and managers who want to achieve a common goal: consistent production, cost containment and high-quality, profitable output,” Ramirez said.
