Week 1: Thursday–Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (48 hours)

Week 2: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (36 hours)

Your Role & Impact
As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will work with electronic and mechanical assemblies, using both repetitive and non-repetitive techniques. You will follow standard operating procedures and ensure quality and efficiency throughout the production process.
Responsibilities

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment (7-S standards)

Assemble electronic/mechanical parts and sub-assemblies

Follow process flows, work instructions, and production schedules

Conduct quality checks and identify process errors

Monitor and operate automated equipment
-
Perform equipment/tooling changeovers and maintenance
-
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Take initiative and escalate issues as needed

Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Requirements
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Basic computer literacy
-
Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
-
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
-
Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.

Good communication and time management skills
-
Able to adapt and respond quickly to production issues
Preferred Qualifications

Previous manufacturing experience

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with machine operations in a manufacturing environment

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
