Manufacturing Machine Operator – Nights
Location: Phoenix, AZ | Schedule: Weekend PM Shift

Schedule & Pay
  • Shift: 3-4-4-3 Rotating Schedule
    • Week 1: Thursday–Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (48 hours)
    • Week 2: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (36 hours)
  • Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
  • Overtime: May be available

Your Role & Impact
As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will work with electronic and mechanical assemblies, using both repetitive and non-repetitive techniques. You will follow standard operating procedures and ensure quality and efficiency throughout the production process.
Responsibilities
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment (7-S standards)
  • Assemble electronic/mechanical parts and sub-assemblies
  • Follow process flows, work instructions, and production schedules
  • Conduct quality checks and identify process errors
  • Monitor and operate automated equipment
  • Perform equipment/tooling changeovers and maintenance
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Take initiative and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Able to adapt and respond quickly to production issues
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with machine operations in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Physical Demands
  • Standing and sitting for extended periods
  • Frequent use of hands for tools and controls
  • Repetitive motion tasks
