Manufacturing Operator – Weekend AM

Schedule & Pay
Shift: 3-4-4-3 Rotating Schedule
Week 1: Thursday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (48 hours)
Week 2: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (36 hours)
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Overtime: May be available

Your Role & Impact
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will work on electronic and mechanical assembly tasks ranging from basic to complex. Your duties will include repetitive and non-repetitive production activities, using standardized procedures and work instructions to assemble parts, install components, hand-solder, and build sub-assemblies and units.

Responsibilities
Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with Axon safety policies
Follow quality standards, process flows, and work instructions
Demonstrate basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Communicate effectively, both written and verbal
Take initiative and report equipment or process issues to technicians or maintenance
Understand materials and production processes
Monitor and operate automation equipment
Understand the sequence of equipment operations and its impact on production
Perform quality checks and documentation
Maintain a clean and organized workspace (7-S standards)
Act as a resource for team members in troubleshooting and issue resolution
Read and follow written procedures for tooling/equipment changes, maintenance, and storage
Be reliable, self-directed, and proactive
Identify and report process errors to supervisors

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic computer literacy
Ability to follow detailed instructions and production schedules
Adaptable to production changes or issues
Strong attention to detail and manual coordination
Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 40 lbs. regularly (with or without accommodation)

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in manufacturing
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of machine operations in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication and organizational skills

Physical Demands
Standing and sitting for long periods
Frequent use of hands for tools and equipment
Repetitive motion tasks
