Leadpoint Business Services needs several experienced Maintenance Helpers at a production site in Clackamas, OR.

EARN $22.00/HOUR + OVERTIME
3RD SHIFT AVAILABLE
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 9:30 pm – 6 am

Your responsibilities as a Maintenance Helper:

  • Clean Screens
  • Assist 2nd shift with OCC and Screen 1 if needed
  • Clean and Maintain all Sprinkler heads
  • Blow down all motors and Gear Boxes
  • Main Motors to hit – Belt 1 – 10, screens 1-3, and ETC
  • Clean out Head and Tail Pulley’s:
    Non-Daily Tasks
  • Replace stars
  • Help mechanic as needed
  • Clean Baler pits
To be considered, a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of maintenance helper experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing setting is required. You must also be able to focus on tasks with detailed attention. We also require:

  • The ability to work an assigned schedule, follow instructions, and adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Consent to a drug screen. This is a drug-free workplace.
  • Consent to a background check. Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working for this company, as we are a second-chance employer.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Availability for schedules if necessary.
  • Basic knowledge in maintenance and familiarity with manual and electrical tools.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time or in uncomfortable positions.
