Leadpoint Business Services has a general labor position available and hiring immediately at our location in Vancouver, WA. This labor position works at the transfer station to direct traffic, provide quality control for the drop off recycle materials. The position assists the public with unloading of materials and hand-sort recyclable materials when needed. This position should be able to accurately organize recycled materials by category (like newspaper, aluminum cans and plastics).
This is a full-time, labor position doing work that helps the environment and protects the planet. You’ll have the chance to start right away and move up over time.

Monday Through Friday (some weekends may be required).

Responsibilities of the General Labor Job
Working with the public
Directing Traffic
Operate equipment, Skid Steer, Forklift
Identify Materials and direct public to sorting areas
Identify and organize recyclables and sort into appropriate bins
Lift up to 50 pounds
Keep your work area clean
Follow all safety rules
Requirements of the General Labor Job
Are at least 18 years of age or older
Attention to Detail
Excellent People Skills
Able to work assigned schedule
Ability to follow instruction
Complete required screening essential to the position
