Leadpoint is thrilled to announce that Harli Hubbard, Leadpoint’s East Region Operations Director, has been recognized as one of ReMA’s and Recycling Today‘s 30 Under 30 professionals in the recycling materials industry. This award celebrates young professionals who are shaping the industry’s future.
Harli began her journey in the recycling industry in 2019 as Onsite Manager in Vancouver, WA. She was later promoted to Operations Support Manager and traveled nationwide to help launch new sites and provide critical operations support. Her exceptional leadership and commitment led to her current role as Director of Operations, East.
Harli is a committed leader who focuses on building her team and maintaining great customer relationships. She consistently inspires her team to exceed expectations, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
