Leadpoint Business Services seeks several Baler Operators to work at a manufacturing facility in Salem, OR As a Baler Operator, you will inspect, sort and bale different types of commodities (paper, plastic, cardboard etc.).

As a Baler Operator, you’ll earn $19.00 per hour, plus overtime pay at time and a half! You’ll also enjoy:

Our Baler Operators are also responsible for performing daily pre-shift and post-shift inspections to ensure the baler equipment may be operated safely, communicating all mechanical and operational issues to the correct department and for always keeping safety in mind to prevent accidents and damage of property
To qualify for a Baler Operator position you must have at least 3 months of heavy machine or baler operator experience, plus:
- The ability to lift 25-75 pounds, as needed.
- Consent to a background check. Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working for this company.
- Consent to a drug screen. This is a drug free workplace.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
