Leadpoint Business Services has a General Labor, Housekeeper/Groundskeeper position available at a recycling center in Lakeville, MN. The Groundskeeper is responsible for supporting the site by cleaning in and around the facility. Duties will include but not limited to cleaning trailers, restrooms and cleanup outside, on grounds.
This is a full-time, general labor position doing work that helps the environment and protects the planet. You’ll have the chance to start right away and move up over time.

Hourly pay ($20.50/hour) plus benefits
Schedule: 7:15am to 3:45pm, Mon to Fri

Responsibilities of the Housekeeper/Groundskeeper
- Maintains cleanliness across all indoor and outdoor areas, including entrances, common spaces, and facility grounds.
- Sweeps, vacuums, dusts, and sanitizes restrooms, breakrooms, and general-use spaces.
- Collects and properly disposes of trash and recyclables from interior and exterior areas.
- Operates cleaning and landscaping tools such as vacuums, and blowers safely and effectively.
- Checks facility buildings and outdoor areas regularly to identify hazards or maintenance issues.
- Reports urgent repair needs promptly to appropriate maintenance or facilities personnel.
- Maintains organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Refills soap, paper, and sanitation dispensers throughout the facility.
- Ensures safe walkways by reporting or addressing spills, snow, or other hazards.
- Follows all Leadpoint safety procedures and company guidelines while on the job.
- Assists team members or supervisors with additional duties as assigned.
- Demonstrates professionalism and consistent work ethic in both indoor and outdoor settings, regardless of weather.
Requirements of the Housekeeper/Groundskeeper
- Are at least 18 years of age or older
- Attention to Detail
- Able to work assigned schedule
- Ability to follow instruction
- Complete required screening essential to the position
- Ability to perform physical job duties including, and not limited to, bending, kneeling, raking, sweeping, etc.
- Be able to follow Leadpoint Safety Operating practices.
- Comfortability working in varied outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc. with use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, self-motivated, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn and take directions, and to work independently.
