Setting the Standard

Jorge started at Leadpoint as a Shift Manager. He applied for the Onsite Manager role because of his positive experience. “I was able to see firsthand how the company values both operational excellence and people’s development,” he reflected.

Jorge wants to create the same experience for his team. “I want to make sure my team feels equipped and valued,” he shared. “I know from experience that when people feel supported, strong performance follows.”

As a manager, Jorge strives to be present, accessible, and to set a positive example. He builds trust through clear communication, recognizing good work, and addressing issues promptly and fairly. He empowers his team through training and coaching but also holds them accountable to Leadpoint standards—whether it’s safety, quality, or performance metrics. “I don’t believe in micromanaging, but I do believe in follow-through and consistency,” said Jorge.
During his time at Leadpoint, Jorge has had the chance to build strong teams, improve workflows, and make meaningful safety and performance improvements.
