An Example Worth Following
Arthur’s drive to be a strong leader comes from his father.
“My father was in supervisory roles throughout his career. I followed in his footsteps because I saw the importance of strong leadership in the workplace and the difference it makes for employees when they have someone they can count on,” Arthur shared.
He works hard to set a positive example for his team by sharing his work experience and life lessons, hoping to be the kind of role model others want to follow.
His goals are straightforward but meaningful: to be the best supervisor he can be for his employees, Leadpoint, and the customer; to make a noticeable difference within the company and for the customer; and to learn as much as possible about his employees, the company, and the role to ensure he is working to his potential and meeting Leadpoint’s standards.
Outside of work, Arthur is an outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, yard work, and cheering on his favorite teams. He values time spent with loved ones — and his dogs.
