From Coordinator to Manager
Yesenia joined Leadpoint in 2018 as a Workforce Coordinator in Seattle, where she found satisfaction in supporting her team through structure, organization, and communication. Over the next six years, she thrived in a fast-paced environment, managing details, multitasking, and building strong relationships across the site. Her dedication and growth in the role led to her promotion to Onsite Manager of the same site in 2024.
Throughout her time with Leadpoint, Yesenia has been an integral part of the Seattle team. She brings structure, accountability, and collaboration to everything she does. As a leader, she describes her style as collaborative, adaptive, and purpose-driven. Colleagues know her as a forward-thinker, quick learner, and proactive problem-solver.
Outside of work, Yesenia enjoys going to the gym. “I enjoy the physical challenge, and it helps me stay consistent with my goals,” she says.
