Leadpoint Business Services needs several experienced Maintenance Technician Apprentice to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair conveyor belts, large sorting machinery, and heavy equipment (front end loaders, skid steers, sit down forklifts, etc.) as well as maintain the facility itself at a production site in Phoenix, AZ.
EARN $$20.00 to $28.00 /HOUR+OVERTIME
AM SHIFT AVAILABLE ; Mon – Fri (some Saturdays)

Your responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician Apprentice will also include diagnosing mechanical/electrical problems using diagnostic software, technical manuals and charts plus:
- Reporting and completing preventative maintenance and field service reports daily.
- Installing and testing new machinery.
- Communicating with vendors regarding issues and maintenance.
- Skid Steer experience preferred
To be considered a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of maintenance mechanic or maintenance technician experience, in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing setting is required and the ability to focus on what you’re doing with detailed attention. We also require:
- The ability to work an assigned schedule, to follow instructions and follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- You to consent to a drug screen. This is a drug-free workplace.
- You to consent to a background check. Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working for this company as we are a second chance employer.
- You to be authorized to work in the United States.
