Accountable Leadership
Jason’s journey has been shaped by personal and professional experiences that have deepened his understanding of leadership, accountability, and empathy. He is married with two stepchildren and faced the unimaginable in October 2022 when he lost his son. This life-altering event reshaped his perspective, emphasizing the importance of kindness, accountability, and not taking life for granted. “I try to live my life in a way that proves to myself and others that you can be the person you want to be,” Jason shared.
His experiences have made him more empathetic and reinforced his belief in taking responsibility for one’s actions. He also balances life with humor, believing laughter helps maintain perspective and resilience.
Professionally, Jason earned a degree in Supply Chain Management with an emphasis in Ethical Leadership. He spent over 13 years in the logistics industry before joining Leadpoint as an Onsite Manager. The biggest shift in his role has been managing a team of over 50 people. “It’s a big team, and it took me a while to get my feet under me in terms of setting the right culture and putting the right processes in place,” Jason said.
Jason is committed to creating a culture of accountability and positivity. “We understand we have a job to do and come here to do it. We don’t want unnecessary drama or negativity. I’m here to build relationships with the people who show up, do their jobs, and want to succeed.”
Jason follows the KISS principle. He keeps it simple and focuses on communication. “Everything can be worked through if there’s communication,” Jason emphasized.
Jason is committed to creating an environment where people are encouraged to be their best selves —professionally and personally.
