Site Supervisor – Industry Focus
Leadpoint Business Services is currently seeking a Site Supervisor to perform a variety of tasks within our recycling facility in Oklahoma City, OK. The primary responsibility of the Site Supervisor is to motivate team performance to achieve production goals and individual KPIs. You’ll assist the location in implementing workforce management programs and managing a team of production employees.
This is a supervisory role, full-time, salary of $50k -$55k DOE with opportunities for you to grow with us. We’re looking for people with skills in communication, problem solving, and time management. Your experience in waste/recycling or light manufacturing is a plus.
