IN OFFICE, FULL-TIME JOB

Leadpoint Business Services is currently seeking a full time Customer Service Representative in support of our site management team in Green Cove Springs, FL. This position supports the efficiency of day-to-day operations of the office. Due to the diversity of responsibilities, the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for multi-tasking.

Hours

  1. Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5pm, Mon-Fri
  2. 8-hour hours a day for a total of 40 hours a week
  3. Schedule varies on the last business day of every month
  4. Pay rate: $18.00 to $18.50

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

  1. Greeting visitors and manner answering all inbound calls in a courteous and professional.
  2. Answer phones, schedule service, and write orders up for delivery. Obtain approval for RO orders and scan orders into Tower. Communicate with customers eta’s reschedules through communication with operations team.
  3. Communicate product knowledge to current customers to resolve issues they may have and potential new customers.
  4. Resolve customer issues If unable to resolve escalate to Sales Rep. and or management via email, verbally or voicemail.
  5. Process insurance certificate requests
  6. Created spreadsheet to track credit applications
  7. Process application – enter customer information to pay history request, email, or fax to   creditors.
  8. Upon return of Pay History, update spreadsheet and forward to manager for approval and credit limit.
  9. Upon approval from manager, update spreadsheet, scan and upload approved credit application into tower and file
  10. FL customers that are credit card customers – enter app to spread, document and file
  11. FL Customers that do not have credit card on file, call and attempt to get credit references then process pay history requests and forward to manager for approval

Education:

  • High School Diploma
  • Post – secondary education in business, computers, or office management is an asset

Bilingual – Preferred

Experience and Competencies:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an office environment
  • Experience in the waste industry is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite is required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prompt, professional, and dependable demeanor
