We’re thrilled to announce that Lukas Chapman has been promoted to Director of Sales. Since joining Leadpoint in 2023 as an Onsite Manager at a recycling operation in Plano, TX, Lukas has been instrumental in driving attendance, performance, and safety culture.
Throughout his time as an Onsite Manager, Lukas has developed strong and productive relationships with both customers and employees, demonstrating his ability to build networks and foster collaboration. He has a comprehensive understanding of how Leadpoint supports its customers and workforce, along with hands-on operational experience, making him a valued asset to the Leadpoint sales team. His eagerness to learn, ability to connect with people, and energetic approach position him as a strong ambassador for the Leadpoint brand throughout the industry.

As Director of Sales, Lukas will focus on driving sales growth in the Midwest and East regions of the United States, leveraging his industry knowledge and expertise in workforce solutions. He will travel frequently within his region to support business development and strengthen partnerships.
Lukas holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and Public Relations from the University of Central Missouri. He is also a dedicated volunteer and donor, supporting various nonprofit organizations, including Ronald McDonald House Charities and the National Kidney Foundation.
