Joe has been with Leadpoint since 2013. He started as a Sorter and has progressed through roles including Operations Support, Recruiter, and Workforce Coordinator. Now, he works as an Onsite Manager, where he enjoys helping people and guiding them toward success.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of his job is seeing team members take on challenges and grow within the industry. Over time, he’s hired and trained many leaders at Leadpoint. Watching them grow and contribute to the company has been incredibly rewarding.
Joe excels in Leadpoint’s unique and diverse environment. He believes that even the most diverse teams can work together effectively when leaders set clear expectations and actively engage with their teams.
His leadership style is hands-on, and he’s not afraid to lend a hand with any task. He prioritizes building trust, so his team feels comfortable sharing issues or concerns. “When your team has confidence in you and knows you genuinely care, it changes the culture of the workplace,” he says.
Efficiency and safety are at the core of Joe’s approach. For him, safety isn’t just a workplace practice – it’s a lifestyle.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time outdoors. He loves animals, camping, fishing, hiking, and exploring.
