Leadpoint Business Services has a General Labor, Maintenance Support Technician position available at a recycling center in Dallas, TX. The Groundskeeper is responsible for supporting the site by cleaning in and around the facility. Duties will include but not limited to cleaning trailers, restrooms and cleanup outside, on grounds.
This is a full-time, general labor position doing work that helps the environment and protects the planet. You’ll have the chance to start right away and move up over time.

3rd Shift – 7:00pm to 3:00am Monday through Friday
Hourly pay ($14.00/hour) plus benefits
Full Time position with Career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Support Technician
Cleans areas around and under machinery
Ensure all machinery and equipment are safely locked out and tagged out in compliance with company safety procedures
Regularly shovel and remove dirt, debris, and waste from bunkers and pits to maintain and clean and safe environment
Use appropriate tools and machinery to assist in cleaning, maintaining and repairing industrial equipment
Work closely with other team members in the maintenance and operations departments to support production needs
Use appropriate tolls and machinery to assist in cleaning, maintaining and repairing industrial equipment
Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.
Complies with all corporate policies and safety guidelines
Requirements of the Maintenance Support Technician
- Are at least 18 years of age or older
- Attention to Detail
- Able to work assigned schedule
- Ability to follow instruction
- Complete required screening essential to the position
- Ability to perform physical job duties including, and not limited to, bending, kneeling, raking, sweeping, etc.
- Be able to follow Leadpoint Safety Operating practices.
- Comfortability working in varied outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc. with use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, self-motivated, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn and take directions, and to work independently.
