Leadpoint is pleased to announce that Chris Kjar has joined the company as Director of Sales. With over 27 years of experience in strategic planning, sales, and leadership, Chris brings a wealth of expertise to the team.
Chris has extensive firsthand experience in the waste and recycling industry, having served as District Manager at Waste Connections for 15 years and Sales Manager at Waste Management for 8 years. This background gives him a deep understanding of the industry and operational insight, which will be invaluable in driving business growth across the United States. Chris holds a Master of Science degree from East Texas State University.
In his new role, Chris will focus on driving nationwide sales growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding Leadpoint’s presence in key markets. He will be based in Eugene, OR, and will travel as needed to support the company’s business goals.
