Isair has always strived to go above and beyond with his work. As a manager, he sets the same high expectations for his team.

He works to create a positive, supportive workplace where everyone understands what is expected and feels empowered to succeed. He believes that when everyone is on the same page about safety, attendance, policies, and daily goals, they can perform at their best and deliver great results for the client.

Isair has learned that good management is about more than just policies and procedures; it’s about people. Although his background is in logistics, the qualities of a good manager and a positive team culture remain the same regardless of the industry. He takes time to get to know his employees, so they feel comfortable approaching him with questions or concerns.

“I want my team to feel valued as individuals, not just as numbers,” he says. “When people feel respected and supported, they bring a good attitude and strong work ethic to the job—and that helps everyone succeed.”
