Leadpoint is seeking a Compost Assistant who will play a crucial role in managing and processing organic waste materials within the recycling facility. This position involves assisting with composting operations, ensuring proper sorting, aeration, and maintenance of composting systems to support sustainable waste recycling practices in Roseville, CA.

Schedule: 8:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work. Must be flexible for start and end times.

As a Compost Assistant working with Leadpoint, you’ll earn $21.50 per hour, plus overtime pay at time and a half! You’ll also enjoy:
