Richard comes to work every day with one goal: to make his facility the best it can be by coaching his team, working alongside them, and building trusted relationships with customers.
With nearly a decade of supervisory experience, Richard believes in teamwork above all else. He reminds his crew that by working together, they can achieve not only the site’s goals but also their own personal career goals. He leads firmly but fairly, expecting his team to follow the rules, while always being available to guide, mentor, and create growth opportunities.
Richard has strong customer service skills and extensive experience onboarding and training teams, which helps him lead with efficiency and dependability.
Outside of work, Richard is an avid camper, spending half the year exploring the outdoors. He also enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
