Leadpoint is excited to introduce Hilda Perez as our new Director of Human Resources. Hilda brings 26 years of experience in multi-site human resources management to Leadpoint.
Before joining Leadpoint, Hilda was with Trulite Glass & Aluminum as Human Resources Generalist/Safety Representative, leading HR operations, safety programs, and workforce planning. Hilda’s comprehensive background includes recruitment, onboarding, benefits coordination, policy guidance, employee engagement, and performance management. Her in-depth knowledge of legal compliance and dedication to fostering safe and productive workplaces make her an outstanding leader for our HR team.

Hilda holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences from Arizona State University West and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix. She will be based at Leadpoint’s corporate office in Phoenix, AZ.
