Leadpoint Business Services is currently seeking a Full Time Workforce and Compliance Coordinator in support of our site management team in both our Roseville, CA and Sacramento, CA locations. This dynamic role support key functions such as HR, safety, training and compliance, ensuring smooth staffing operations while helping to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Responsibilities of the Workforce and Compliance Coordinator

  • Assist with recruiting, screening and onboarding new hires
  • Provide HR administrative support, including benefits coordination and performance tracking
  • Prepare and maintain safety training records and assist in compliance documentation
  • Support the delivery of training programs and audit readiness at both facilities
  • Assist in coordinating and tracking safety meetings, incident reports, and follow-up actions
  • Manage weekly payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy
  • Performance general office duties: scheduling, filing, scanning, and emailing documentation

Requirements of the Workforce and Compliance Coordinator

  • Proficiency in MS office and workplace technology
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes and a commitment to ethical practices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay detail-oriented
  • Experience or interest in safety/compliance processes preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
