Leadpoint Business Services is looking a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, for both our East and West regions. In this exciting new role, the right candidate will partner with the regional operations leadership team to align operational needs with the company’s overall talent acquisition objectives to achieve specific operational and financial goals.
This position will be charged with leading efforts to increase and assist the field with the following talent management areas: Recruitment, retention, core competencies, and workforce analytics. This role will develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract at retain a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Responsibilities of the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates for all specialty Jobs (OSM, CWC, Skilled Trades, etc.)
Screens applications, Searches database sources for non-specialty jobs. (sorters, general labor)
Works with the teams to schedule interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Implements any required pre-employment testing.
Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders as needed.
Leads communication and coordination with local community organizations as necessary to bolster candidate flow.
Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions as needed.
Requirements of the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
