Leadpoint Business Services is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager in Clackamas, OR.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Individual will assist to oversee the daily Shift Maintenance, Warehouse Dock and Plant Operations.
Work with maintenance and operations team to complete repairs and preventative maintenance on all equipment at the Pioneer Clackamas facility. Work with workforce labor to ensure management of personnel and adherence to Pioneer safety standards. Provide clear communication between workforce labor, maintenance team, and upper management.

Education and Experience:
Experience in Warehouse or Production environment or with relative verified work experience, required.
At least 5 years of Maintenance/Heavy Equipment operating experience and 2 years of supervisory/management preferred.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are essentially Monday through Saturday. Occasional weekend work may be required as job duties demand, including overtime.
