PHOENIX (May 07, 2018) – Leadpoint Business Services, a provider of high-performance work teams to recycling and manufacturing organizations, announces that Mike Dickey has joined the company as Vice President, Human Resources. In this role, Dickey is responsible for the company’s people functions including HR strategy development and implementation, recruiting and talent management, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employment compliance. He also provides technical HR resources to the company’s leaders and operations teams.
Prior to joining Leadpoint, Dickey was area human resources manager for Republic Services in their Great Lakes area. There, he was responsible for all people and culture efforts for nearly 4,000 employees across six states. He previously served in a similar role for Republic’s Mountain area. In his more than 30 years of human resources leadership experience, Dickey has also worked in the hospitality industry for both the Hyatt and Loews organizations.
Dickey is a graduate of Purdue University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in restaurant, hotel and institutional management.
