Leadpoint Business Services is currently seeking a Production Lead supervisor for our site in St. Petersburg, FL. This position oversees employees assigned to a specific production line. You will plan and assign work, coach employees, and resolve issues, and perform accident investigations. You’ll also assists the Production Manager to implement performance measures and ensure production goals are met.
This is an entry-level supervisory role. It’s full-time and gives you opportunities to grow with us. Your skills in communication, problem solving, and time management are required. Your experience in waste/recycling or light manufacturing is a plus.

1st  Shift Schedule Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays (4am – 3:15pm)
Pay rate: $17.00
Full-time plus overtime
