Forklift Operator, Material Handler – Leadpoint Business Services is immediately hiring Forklift Operators / Material Handlers to transfer and move material to storage and shipment areas. These are full time, 2nd shift positions where you will be expected to safely operate all forklift equipment used at our New Boston, MI facility.

EARN $16.00 – $20.00 /HOUR + OVERTIME TO $24.00 – $30.00 OT AN HOUR!

All Forklift Operators and Material Handlers are expected to have at least 6+ months of forklift operating experience, an understanding of safety compliance protocols, and be able to stay focused on task during your shift. In addition, you will:

• Perform daily pre- and post-shift inspections of all equipment to be used to ensure its safely operable.
• Load finished bale product onto incoming trailers for shipment.

• Communicate with staff on mechanical and operational issues,

• Perform general ground maintenance, as needed.

A Forklift Certification is preferred but not required, but all candidates must:

• Consent to a drug screen. This is a drug-free workplace.
• Consent to a background check. Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working for this company.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
