Paul Russo and Saul Diaz Named Directors of Operations
PHOENIX (May 11, 2018) – Leadpoint Business Services, a provider of high-performance work teams to recycling and manufacturing organizations, has created two new roles within its operations structure. Long-time Leadpoint team member Paul Russo has been named Director of Operations-East and Saul Diaz, another tenured member of the company, has been named Director of Operations-West.
“This organizational shift creates a stronger, more focused opportunity for coaching and developing Leadpoint’s onsite Performance Managers and for creating more productive partnerships among our customers, employees and staff,” said Len Christopher, Chief Operating Officer. “Paul and Saul are ideally suited for these new roles. Their expertise in the recycling industry, combined with their outstanding leadership skills, create a win-win for our high-performance work teams.”
Russo has been with Leadpoint since 2006 and previously oversaw human resources, corporate operations and administration. The recent addition of a vice president of human resources to the company allowed Russo to return to his roots in operations and process engineering. Russo will be based in Leadpoint’s new eastern regional headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
Diaz has more than 13 years of operations experience with Leadpoint where he has led the day-to-day operations of the company’s workforce optimization and program implementation efforts. In this new role, based in the company’s Phoenix headquarters, he will stay focused on operations excellence and continue building close ties with Leadpoint’s customers in the West.
